Open a new document. Start with a rectangle of colour that exceeds the size of the document.
With the Knife tool cut a design in the rectangle and fill it with another colour.
Use the Knife tool and cut another section at the bottom and fill with another colour.
With the Knife tool cut in an up and down way. Then fill the sections with similar but different colours.
Apply Round Corners to the artwork at a radius of .2".
Apply Zig Zag to the whole piece.
Add the name of the individual who would own this letterhead.
Finally, add the name of the company, address, phone numbers, and URL. Remember to convert the fonts to outlines. Now its ready for printing.
